The biggest objective for the final 4 weeks is to analyze the progress of your initial actions and adjust your plan of action. Then supplement additional resources and life habits to conquer any potential obstacles.
Often times, the things we plan do not pan out the way we expect them to. This is totally okay and the fact of life. We use the next few weeks to continue perfecting your plan of action.
- Do you see obstacles that will hinder you from reaching your goal?
- Do you feel frustrated when you run into an obstacle that keeps you from your goal?
- Do you feel like you are not knowledgeable enough and may require other resources to help get you faster towards your goal?
- Do you feel alone in your quest?
- Do you still feel scared about your future?
Objective of the PROGRESS PROGRAM
- Identify any potential obstacles that you already foresee or have already run into
- Discover new life habits and mental exercises to help get you past your obstacles
- Identify areas of weaknesses and find resources to help supplement those weaknesses
- Connect with key people who will become your accountability partners through the process
- Talk through and combat negative thoughts and feelings of failure with positive reinforcement exercises
